Armend Osaj

Head of the Finance Committee

An experienced audit and consulting professional with over 20 years of experience, serving as the Founder and Managing Partner of ACA – Audit & Consulting Associates, where he leads and manages diverse assurance and consulting engagements. His career is marked by a strong focus on financial management, external and internal audit, and business consulting, along with recognized certifications such as Licensed Auditor and Certified Management Consultant.

Astrit Musa

With over 25 years of experience in business consulting, financial advisory, and assurance services, a trusted expert in guiding organizations toward growth and sustainability. He is the co-founder of one of the leading local firms in consulting and assurance services, where he has played a key role in shaping strategic solutions and building long-term client partnerships.

Head of Legal Committee 

Senior attorney with over 25 years of experience advising on complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, and high-stakes commercial litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

Dr. Njomëza Zejnullahu

Senior attorney with over 20 years of experience with deep expertise in financial and banking law, corporate governance, data protection, and regulatory compliance, advising institutions and multinational clients on high-impact legal matters.

With over 20 years of expertise in the energy sector, he specializes in energy law, regulatory frameworks, and complex litigation, particularly in electricity market and commercial litigation.

As a CTO+R&D leader driven by engineering precision, for over 15 years he has consistently contributed to improving customer services through knowledge, competence, and smart infrastructure. He has successfully adapted best practices and experiences into sectoral policies related to vehicles, road safety, transport decarbonization (LEZ/ULEZ), and vehicle technical standards — particularly from the legal and regulatory perspectives of the EU, US, GCC, and beyond.

Digital Transformation Expert with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, aviation, finance, and government. Specialized in enterprise architecture, ICT strategy, AI, and innovation, with a strong record in designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions, integrating complex systems, and aligning technology with organizational goals. Skilled in leading digital transformation initiatives, enhancing cybersecurity, and ensuring business continuity for multinational and high-impact organizations.

Dr. Muhamedin Hetemi

Head of the Mining Committee 

Underground mining and mine design expert, incl. over 30 years as university Professor. Key leadership roles in the privatization of socially-owned enterprises in Kosovo.

Elton Bregu

Brings over 15 years of leadership experience in finance and drilling exploration within the mining sector. Deeply skilled in operational leadership, government and stakeholder relations, and global operations across North America, Asia, Europe, and beyond. As a mining executive, he has directed exploration, development, and operating organizations with a strong emphasis on values-driven performance culture and forging enduring stakeholder and business partnerships.

Mustafa Hakan Felek

A solution-oriented, results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience across the drilling, geophysics, geology, geotechnics, tunneling, and mining equipment sales sectors. CEO of Meridian Corporation for over a decade, he has driven growth through strategic innovation and sustainable practices. With a background in medicine and international experience in the gastronomy sector, he is dedicated to building strong partnerships and fostering collaboration between businesses and public institutions.

Zijadin Gojnovci

An agricultural expert with over 25 years of experience across Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia. He specializes in agri-value chain development, export marketing, and food safety, collaborating with institutions and international donors including the EU, USAID, FAO, EBRD, and World Bank. A certified food safety trainer and ISO lead auditor, he brings expertise in dairy, meat, fruits & vegetables, and wild berries, with a focus on sustainability and inclusive development.

Blend Broqi is a Food Quality & Safety Manager with over 10 years of experience in laboratory management, food safety systems, and quality assurance. He has led quality initiatives at Devolli Corporation brands "M&Sillosi" and "Prince Caffe," and holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Food Technology. Skilled in HACCP, GFSI, ISO 9001, and laboratory accreditation, he is dedicated to advancing excellence in food quality and safety.

Blerim Maliqi
Export Manager at Royal Beverage LLC with over 15 years of experience in international trade, logistics, and market development. He specializes in driving export growth, building global partnerships, and optimizing supply chains across the agriculture, food, and beverage sectors.

Viola Ajdini

Head of the Transport & Logistics Committee 

CEO of Toka Management, brings 15 years of experience in London's railway and business management landscape and decided to open the business in Kosovo to serve the region. The Kosovo-based firm offers end-to-end railway services, including a dedicated railway training centre, expert inspections, and strategic consultancy, while developing robust maintenance standards and best practices for major contractors and operators. Toka Management also holds memorandums of understanding with key railway influencers and authorities in Kosovo, underscoring its commitment to advancing the local rail industry.
